By accessing or using the JanitorIQ mobile application and web platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JanitorIQ is a workforce management platform designed for janitorial and cleaning service companies. The Service includes:

Employee scheduling and time tracking
Job management and assignment
Payroll processing assistance
Customer relationship management
Invoicing and billing tools

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.3 Account Types

Administrator: Full access to manage company settings, users, and data
Manager: Access to manage schedules, jobs, and employees
Employee: Access to view schedules, clock in/out, and view personal information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Upload viruses or malicious code
Collect user information without consent
Impersonate any person or entity
Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JanitorIQ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with providing the Service.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Subscription Fees

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

7.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.

7.3 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

IN NO EVENT SHALL JANITORIQ BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JanitorIQ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

13. Dispute Resolution
